SMS Verification Consent

HearthBook uses text messages for one purpose only: sending a one-time code to confirm it is you signing in. We do not send marketing messages. Consent is collected with the checkbox below, shown when you set up text verification and again in Settings whenever a text method is added.

The checkbox is unticked by default and the setup button stays disabled until it is ticked. Consent is recorded with a timestamp before the number is sent to our messaging provider. HearthBook is a service of Hearth LLC.
